I came to see Mr Pavlou after experiencing new pain in a full new knee replacement I had had competed less than 12 months earlier.

Mr Pavlou was extremely thorough starting the consultation process with no perceived diagnosis. He reviewed all my previous tests, x-rays and CT scans, but wanted to start right back at the beginning to form his own opinions. After extensive tests, procedures and consultations it was apparent knee revision surgery was needed.

Mr Pavlou was open, clear and honest with me throughout, and 100% focussed in giving me the best care possible, going above and beyond with both time and compassion. He was available any time to discuss the procedure I was about to undertake, giving me the assurance in my decision that it was the best way forward.

Having the surgery was the correct thing to do. Mr Pavlou’s deliberate, methodical and professional approach allowed me to make the correct decision.

Since the surgery I have never felt better; the outcome is amazing and beyond my expectations. Without Mr Pavlou’s ability to perform surgery at the highest level my quality of life wouldn’t be what it is today.

I am no longer in constant pain, I able to walk without pain, and enjoy the outdoor life walking in the Lake District without any fear of further damage.
